Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Promart, we strive to provide high-quality TV screen guards and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment:
You can cancel your order only if it has not been shipped yet. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.

After Shipment:
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed.


2. No Refund Policy

Promart follows a strict no refund policy.

We do not provide refunds under any circumstances, including:

  • Change of mind after placing the order
  • Ordering the wrong size or model
  • Delay in delivery caused by courier services

3. Replacement Instead of Refund

We only offer replacements, not refunds.

Replacements are applicable only if:

  • You receive a damaged product
  • You receive the wrong product

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photo/video proof
  • Ensure the product is unused and in original packaging

4. Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement or refund will not be provided for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Improper installation or handling
  • Minor variations in appearance
  • Normal wear and tear

5. Refund Exceptions (If Applicable)

Refunds will only be processed in rare cases where:

  • A replacement product is not available

In such cases, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
