5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.

Promart is not responsible for:

  • Courier delays

7. Replacement Policy (No Returns / No Refunds)

Promart follows a replacement-only policy. We do not offer returns or refunds.

Replacements are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong product

To request a replacement:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or videos as proof
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

Replacements will not be provided for:

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer
  • Installation errors
  • Minor appearance differences
